How we ship

We ship through UPS. We ship in insulated boxes, with either cold packs for hot weather or heat packs for cold weather. We are sorry if we delay shipping on cold weather thats what happens here in Illinois. We are not responsable for carrier delays. otherwise live arrival is guaranteed.

Guarantee

Your animals will be immediatly sent out on my next shipping day after the animals are paid for in full. I only accept money orders or pay-pal at this this time.

All animals require a 50% deposit to hold them. I do not hold animals without a deposit.

Every animal bought from me is guaranteed to be healthy an fully acclimated. All wild caught animals are free of any extrnal parasites that are associated with Wild caught animals.

If labeled Cbb then the animals was born here at my facility if wc the animals was purchased and held here until sale.

If an animal dies in transite you will be refunded the purchase price of the animal or we will send you a replacement animal. Your must prove the animals has died at my discretion. Failure to do so will result in void of guarantee. Sex is never quaranteed, agamas are hard to sex at a young age. If asked to do so we will do our best.

Terms
I ship on Monday through Wednesday. When your animal(s) arrives, you must immediately contact me (within one hour) or all guarantees are void. Shiping is non-refundable. I have a 7 day (1 week) health guarantee. Otherwise at this time all sales are final.

Deposits less than 50% of the total price, are only good for 7 days. If I do not recieve payment for the animal within 24 hrs of the 7th day the animal is no longer on hold. If 50% of the total price is paid, the animal will be considered on hold for 30 days.
